MySchoolBucks Data Settings

School Filters: By default, all schools will sync to MySchoolBucks. When specifying school number(s) in filter, associated students and roster data will be included/excluded in the data sync with MySchoolBucks. Filter values can be repeated for multiple values or in a single record with values separated by a comma and no spaces.

Note: Include and Exclude school filters can be used together, but it is not recommended.
Note: MySchoolBucks will filter the "Graduated Students" school (999999) by default on the client side. If you wish to sync those records, contact your MySchoolBucks support rep to request a change to the setting.

• Include Schools List: School numbers to be included in the data sync with MySchoolBucks. ex: 100,200,905
• Exclude Schools List: School numbers to be excluded from the data sync with MySchoolBucks. ex: 999999,8000

Enrollment Status Filter: By default, only students with enrollment status code of 0 will sync to MySchoolBucks. Filter values can be repeated for multiple values or in a single record with values separated by a comma and no spaces.

• Student Enrollment Status List: Student enrollment status codes to be included in the data sync with MySchoolBucks. ex: -1,0,1

Contact Filters: By default, all contacts will sync to MySchoolBucks. If set in filter, only records with matching any contact filter values will be included in the data sync with MySchoolBucks.

• Contact Lives With: If set to 1, contacts with the Lives With option checked will sync.
• Contact Receives Mail: If set to 1, contacts with the Receives Mail option checked will sync.
• Contact Has Custody: If set to 1, contacts with the Has Custody option checked will sync.
• Contact Has School Pickup: If set to 1, contacts with the School Pickup option checked will sync.
• Contact Is Emergency: If set to 0, contacts with the Emergency option checked will not sync. If set to 1, contacts with Emergency option checked will be the ONLY records that sync.
• Contacts Match All Filters: When using this option, contacts must meet all set filters to be synced.

• Version 15.3.0 - December 2025: Added contact filters for "School Pickup" and "Emergency" attributes.
• Version 15.0.0 - March 2025: Initial release of MySchoolBucks Data Sync Plugin. Now requires MySchoolBucks Core Plugin for configuration storage. Added contact filters for "Has Custody", "Lives With" and "Receives Mail" attributes. Older "Heartland Data Sync" plugins are supported through end of 2025-26 school year, but won't receive maintenance.
