The event will include a car show, vendor fair, games, food trucks and live music.</p><p>We are thrilled to welcome your small business to our first ever fundraiser at SMS!<br>

<p>This is an outdoor event.
</p></li>
<li>
<p>You will receive a 10x10 space for your vendor table/setup.
</p></li>
<li>
<p>You may only sell in your assigned vendor space.
</p></li>
<li>
<p>Setup & Vendor Registration Time: 7:30AM-9:30AM.
</p></li>
</ol><hr><h3><strong>Vendor responsibilities:</strong></h3><ol>

<p>You MUST supply your own table(s), chair(s), and if necessary, tent.<br>
IF YOU ARE UTILIZING A POP-UP TENT CANOPIES MUST BE SECURED WITH SANDBAGS OR WEIGHTED PLATES.<br>
NO STAKES SHOULD BE DRIVEN INTO THE ASPHALT.

<p>Your assigned space is 10x10. Please stay in your own area and respect your neighboring Vendor.<br>
You will be asked to remove any wall hangings, posters, signs, etc. that extend out of your space.

<p>You must pull into the front parking lot in between Somers Intermediate School and Somers Middle School.<br>
Please check in at the vendor registration table and a volunteer will send you to your designated area and if you need help to unload, we will have volunteers to assist.

<li>
<p>Clean up and remove all your garbage at the end of the day.<br>
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

<p>Please check in and you will be directed to your vendor space and where to park.
</p></li>
<li>
<p>You can begin unloading as early as 7:30 am and set up by 9:30 am or risk losing your space
</p></li>
<li>
<p>Due to limited parking and our car show, after unloading, we ask you to please move your car to the back parking lot of the middle school.<br>
A volunteer from vendor registration can direct you.<br>
We do not want to use up the parking lot for potential customers and attendees of the event, with cars that don’t move all day.<br>
