<span class="p-span">Preparation for Spring Track. </span><span class="p-span">Session #1 conditioning Mon 11/6 - 12/14 </span><span class="p-span">and/or </span><span class="p-span">Session #2 Conditioning and Technique Mon 1/16 - 2/22 : </span><span class="p-span">Practices are 3 days per week- Mostly Mon/Tues/Thurs at 3:15 pm . Athletes should always bring warm clothes; we will try to be outside as much as possible. Coaches will communicate if days will be different</span>
