<p class="MsoNormal">Contractors, (i.e. contractor or on-site responsible
personnel), Home Builders (Single-Lot Residential Construction or Demolition),
Inspectors, and Certified Plan Reviewers are required to participate in
training courses and as a result, receive certification in compliance with the
Louisville and Jefferson County Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control (EPSC) Ordinance.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This course will require the participant to complete the
training at a level of at least 80%. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 hours to
complete the course. Participating in the course using the Google Chrome
browser is best. New or renewed certifications are currently valid for three
years. . Please review Special Notes regarding registration policies. Course
fee $95.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Please Note: Course Refunds - If a request for a refund or a
transfer has not been made within six months from your original registration
date, the class tuition then becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.</p><p class="MsoNormal">EPSC Certification courses are prepared by MSD and offered
online in cooperation with JCPS Adult & Continuing Education. Access to the
course is granted after the registration has been processed by Louisville
