It is not designed to serve as a student’s primary education setting. Consequently, BES does not offer special education services, as they should be obtained at the student's primary school. BES is required by law to provide accommodations designated by the IEP or 504 plans to meet the needs of students with disabilities to the same extent as the needs of students without disabilities are met. <br>
