The student will study and plan a project learning techniques and tricks that make </span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 0.875rem; font-weight: var(--bs-body-font-weight); text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);">weaving easer and fun. Projects will be chosen according to the skill level and interests of the </span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 0.875rem; font-weight: var(--bs-body-font-weight); text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);">student with the goal of developing the use of technique, texture and color to achieve the desired </span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 0.875rem; font-weight: var(--bs-body-font-weight); text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);">effect. After weaving the project, the student will learn a variety of finishing techniques </span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 0.875rem; font-weight: var(--bs-body-font-weight); text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);">including wet finishing. To provide more individualized instruction, up to 9 advanced students </span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 0.875rem; font-weight: var(--bs-body-font-weight); text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);">are permitted per advanced class, and for the beginner students, up to 5 beginner students are </span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 0.875rem; font-weight: var(--bs-body-font-weight); text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);">permitted per beginner class. All classes and labs offered at Sorensen are adult (age 18+).</span></p></span>
